Teen Yoga and Mindfulness

Cams Hill School is proud to present our initiative, “Teen Yoga and Mindfulness”, every Monday PM reg, in the Dance Studio!

Led by Mrs McBride,who is  a fully trained Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher (specifically for Teens aged 11-24 years) Level 3 Sports Coach, accredited by the Professional Yoga Alliance.

‘My vision and my wish is to cultivate a kind, compassionate, non-judgmental , secure culture that allows teen essence to flourish. Authenticity, truth, empowerment and peace for all young people. These values are something which I reiterate throughout the weekly practices. ’ Mrs McBride.

This is an optional weekly/or drop-in attendance. No previous experience required. (Pupils will need to speak to HOY to authorise attendance.)

At the moment, the Teen Yoga is aimed for KS4 pupils who are experiencing anxiety or high levels of stress. We have 4, potentially 5 spaces left for the list for this Half Term.
