Thank you to parents/carers of Year 8 and 9 pupils who were able to attend the Parents’ Tutor Evening on Tuesday. We welcomed the opportunity to meet with parents/carers face to face to discuss their child’s first term in school this year.
The next parents’ evening on the calendar is the Year 11 Parents’ Subject Evening taking place on 7 December 2021. Specific details to follow.
Inset Day 22 Monday November 2021
As per the school calendar, we remind parents/carers that the school is closed to pupils on Monday except for those pupils who are sitting their GCSE English Literature Exam Paper 2.
This week the Cams Hill community continued to celebrate our individual selves and the qualities that make us who we are. This has included raising awareness and visibility of anti-bullying week starting with our odd sock’s day, continuing with rainbow cupcakes in the canteen and the exploration of this year’s theme throughout tutor times.
Today the anti-bullying ambassadors delivered our #onekindword postcard pledges and the atmosphere around school was one of delight. We are hopeful that this is the start of a collective and renewed focus on kindness, acceptance and celebration of who we are, both individually and as a collective community.
Below is a link to the latest information regarding house points and a very important house challenge starting on 1 December.
