Arbor
Introduction
From 2025 Cams Hill School will be using Arbor as our primary Management Information System. This is replacing SIMS, ClassCharts and ScoPay.
In order to access Arbor, Cams Hill School has set up an account for Parents/Carers/Guardians on the Parent Portal/Arbor App and you can now log in. We would encourage you to do this as soon as possible.
To set up your account:
- Go to https://cams-hill-school.uk.arbor.education/?/home-ui/index
- Click ‘First time logging in?
- Enter your email address to receive a password reset email
- Click the link that you will receive via email
- Set a password – make sure that this is memorable as you will need to use this to log in
Arbor App
The Arbor App can be downloaded from either the Play Store on Android phones or the App Store on iPhones AFTER you have set up your password following the guidance above.
What will I be able to do in Arbor?
- View and update information about my child/ren
- Add new guardians/contacts
- Consents – accept or decline consents required by the school e.g photo permissions (from September)
- Access my child/ren’s attendance and behaviour information (from September)
- Report an absence – further instructions will be provided
- Sign up to clubs and trips (and make payments for these) – Finance team to confirm when available
- Top up meals account – Finance team to confirm when available
- Purchase items from the school shop – Finance team to confirm when available
Please note that existing catering balances from SCOPay will be transferred, but may not show on Arbor until a later date
In order for your child to use their fingerprint to buy food, we will need your renewed consent for biometrics. This will be asked for through the Arbor app before 1st September, so please look out for it.
Arbor also offers access to many training resources which are completely free for you to make the most of! These can all be found here.
Pupil Accounts
Every pupil now has the login for the Arbor App and Portal in their school email. If they cannot access their school email, they should contact their tutor in the first instance. Year 7’s will receive their email logins during their first IT lesson.
