Our teaching staff are always happy to discuss any aspect of your child’s welfare or progress with you. Please contact us using any of the methods below. Teachers often teach all day and also have duties and meetings during break times and before and after school so cannot always respond to your request the same day.

Our phone lines are manned during term time only from 0800 to 1545 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 0800 to 1515 on Tuesdays. You may leave a message on our voicemail at other times which will be passed on to the relevant person when the school re-opens.
If the person you wish to speak to is unavailable, we will endeavour to return your phone call within two working days. Please let our Receptionist know if you require a more urgent response.

Writing to the School
Please ensure the envelope is addressed to the member of staff concerned. We endeavour to respond to all letters within five working days of receipt.
Visiting the School
Reception opening hours during term time are from 0800 to 1545 Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 0800 to 1515 on Tuesdays
If you wish to meet any member of the school staff, please make an appointment in advance by phoning or emailing the person you wish to meet to avoid you having a wasted journey.
Directions
- Take the M27 to junction 11, signposted Fareham central A27, Gosport (A32)
- Staying in the left hand lane on the slip road, take the 3rd Exit
- Follow the left filter lane, signposted Town Centre, Fareham Ind. Estates.
- At the roundabout take the first exit on to the A27.
- Follow the road past the School on your right, to a mini roundabout.
- At this roundabout double back on yourself.
- At the traffic lights turn left on to Shearwater Avenue.
- The school car park is immediately on your right.
From Portsmouth / East
- Take the M27 to junction 11, signposted Fareham central A27, Gosport (A32)

- At the roundabout take the first exit on to the A27.

- The school car park is immediately on your right.
