• The above rates are hourly
• Setting up and clearing away times are included in the hire period
• All prices are subject to VAT @ 20%
• A deposit of £50.00 is required before any bookings commence. Deposit payment should normally be received 10 working days before the hire of School facilities
• Additional discount may be awarded on long term bookings
• Gym, multi-purpose studio and sports hall include use of changing rooms
• Refreshments may be arranged at an additional rate
• Storage available at an additional cost
• In the event that the Hirer cancels the hiring there will be a cancellation fee payable:
  • Cancellation with 2/3 days notice - Half cost
  • Cancellation with less than 2 day notice, or failure to cancel at all - Full cost
• All hire charges must be paid within ten working days of the invoice being issued. Invoices issued at the end of each calendar month for all the hires that have taken place in that month
