IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PARENTS WHO ARE NOT RECEIVING LETTERS OR WEEKLY BULLETINS BY EMAIL

Somewhere on your e-mail system there may be a junk mailbox, separate from your inbox, called either "bulk mail" "junk" "spam" or "filter".

For BT customers, there is sometimes a "bulk mail" folder under the Yahoo view.

Hopefully you will find the missing e-mails in one of these folders.  If so, there is probably a simple way of telling your ISP (Internet Service Provider) that the e-mail is not junk.

ISPs are continually changing their filters which decide which e-mails are considered as junk mail so it is worth checking this box as well as your Inbox whenever you look for e-mails.
